About me

Having turned forty this year and being a working parent I’ve really come to realize how hard it is to balance life wellness and fitness. I have been a trainer for over 12 years and had a vast array of clients with as many differing needs. What I have found most difficult is not weight loss or helping with injury and back pain but with their own self feeling of worth and confidence. We are surrounded by so much these days from social media and peer groups that we’ve kind of forgotten to take time to be ourselves and manage our own limits and expectations without constantly thinking we need to be someone or something else. Now being a mother I see it already affecting our younger generations. Which has inspired me at the turn of this apparent crucial age, to use my observations as a trainer and confidant over the years to help more people find their inner strength and belief.
