I offer a wealth of personal training after years of working with a great number of clients. I spent a long time working within a clinic specializing in back pain and hip stability. I am also a sports massage therapist, which can be a very useful tool in determining injury and rehabilitating. 

Prices start at £40ph for training and massage.
