Cacao and coconut oat bowl

 Want a healthy warm indulgent but nutritious start to your day in the cold months ahead, try my twist on porridge in the mornings.  Full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and fibre. This breakfast will keep you going all morning.  Either just alter you usual porridge with this recipe or follow as below.  40gms oats 100ml coconut milk or whatever milk you like, add extra water to make up to the consistency you prefer. 1 tsp cacao powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon  1tbsp nut butter 1tsp maple syrup Top with blueberries/chopped banana/chopped nuts/cacao nibs/ sliced apples  Mix oats with cacao powder and cinnamon, add a little milk to make sure of a smooth paste. Then add the rest of milk, then mix in nut butter and maple syrup. Cook on a low heat for 3/5 mins depending on your oats. Add the extra water as necessary. Then top with whatever you fancy.
