Miso salmon with Asian slaw
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
Dressing for salmon
2 tbsp miso paste
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp brown sugar
Asian slaw
Mixed shredded vegetables
Peppers
Red cabbage
Chinese cabbage
Spring onions
Carrots
Slaw dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove of garlic
1 thumb of ginger
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Packet of Buckwheat soba noodles
Black sesame seeds
2 salmon fillets
Dressing for salmon
2 tbsp miso paste

2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 clove of garlic
1 thumb of ginger
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Packet of Buckwheat soba noodles
Black sesame seeds
- Make paste for salmon, cook noodles to instructions on packet, chop and shred veg.
- Make dressing for veg and add to drained noodles and veg, mix well.
- Cover salmon fillet with paste and bake under grill for 6-8 mins.
- Serve with black sesame seeds and optional boiled egg.
